Trading Hours
Bliss by May operates between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
We kindly ask that you do not call or message outside of these hours.
All enquiries will be responded to during business hours.


Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly during trading hours.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment or deposit (if applicable) has been received.

Please arrive on time for your session to enjoy the full experience.
Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to your session may be treated as a late cancellation (see below).

To reschedule, please contact us during business hours.


Cancellations

We understand that life happens, but we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a 100% cancellation fee, as your spot has been held exclusively for you.

No-shows are also subject to the full session fee.
Communication

All booking, rescheduling, and cancellation requests should be made between 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Please do not call or message outside these hours—we value personal time and ask that all communication remains within business hours.

Messages sent outside these times will be responded to on the next business day.


Exceptions

In the case of emergencies or sudden illness, we will do our best to accommodate your situation fairly and with compassion. Please communicate with us promptly during business hours.
