Program:
1 pm - 2 pm: Slow Flow Yoga – A gentle practice to awaken the body
2 pm - 3.30 pm: Thai-Inspired Healing Practices - Guest Speaker: Ms.Fon Kamonnate (Massage Therapist & Owner of Cheewa Aroma Massage). Experience a hands-on session where you'll learn massage techniques rooted in Thai healing traditions. Discover practical skills to relieve tension and promote relaxation—perfect for self-care and sharing with family and friends.
3.30 pm - 3:45 pm: Light snack and herbal tea – A little break for refreshment
