Service Description

An open-level practice designed to bring people together in a supportive and uplifting environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class welcomes all levels to flow, stretch, and breathe together. Expect a gentle yet invigorating session that focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels included, connected, and empowered—both on and off the mat.
