At Bliss by May, we offer a wide range group classes including Yoga and Mat Pilates that cater to all experience levels and interests. We also offer 1 on 1 service for Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer.Whether you’re looking to strengthen your body, reduce stress, or simply try something new, we have everything you need to find your bliss.

Meet May

Founder and Instructor

Originally from Thailand, May is a former university lecturer in Media, Communications and Journalism, a photographer and TV script writer.
In 2002, she took a little adventure to Melbourne to pursue her higher education. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Communication Studies at RMIT. 
May created the Bliss Studio as a path for her students to pursue good health, healing and happiness.  She is well known among her students for her gentle, soothing presence and precise instructions.  May believes in living a life full of joy, gratitude and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide her core teaching at Bliss by May. 
Out of duties at Bliss Studio, May teaches Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer and trains her clients at Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Next Gen Doncaster, Good Life Camberwell and Fitness First Richmond, Doncaster and Glen Waverley.
