At Bliss by May, we offer a wide range group classes including Yoga and Mat Pilates that cater to all experience levels and interests. We also offer 1 on 1 service for Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer.Whether you’re looking to strengthen your body, reduce stress, or simply try something new, we have everything you need to find your bliss.

Meet May

Founder and Instructor

Born and raised in Thailand, May’s diverse career journey reflects her lifelong passion for creativity and connection. From lecturing in Media, Communications, and Journalism to working as a photographer and TV scriptwriter, she has always sought to inspire and empower others through her work.

In 2002, May moved to Melbourne to pursue higher education, completing a Master of Arts in Communication Studies at RMIT. This milestone marked the beginning of a transformative journey into health and wellness.

In 2020, May established Bliss by May to create a space where students can cultivate physical health, inner peace, and happiness. Her teaching is celebrated for its warmth, clarity, and attention to detail, guiding students to live joyfully, practice gratitude, and let go of judgment.

Beyond Bliss Studio, She works with clients at premier fitness centres, including Next Gen Doncaster, Fitness First Platinum in Richmond and Doncaster and Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre.
